30-day leaderboard

Tipsters

Meet the analysts behind EuroPicks. Ranked by 30-day ROI on settled picks.

What a tipster leaderboard should actually tell you

A tipster is simply someone who publishes a football selection before kick-off and then lives with the result. That last part is where most tipsters quietly fail. Screenshots of winning slips take ten seconds to produce, and a feed full of them proves nothing at all. What proves something is a complete, timestamped record in which the losses are as visible as the wins. Every analyst listed on this page is ranked on exactly that basis: the picks they published, settled automatically against the final score, with no entries removed after the fact.

How the ranking is calculated

The order is set by return on investment over the last 30 days, not by hit rate. Hit rate on its own is one of the most misleading numbers in betting. An analyst who only backs heavy favourites at odds of 1.25 can win eight bets in ten and still lose money, while someone winning four in ten at odds of 3.20 finishes comfortably ahead. ROI answers the only question that matters: for every €100 staked, how much came back? Alongside it we show the number of settled picks and the win–loss split, because a 40% return over twelve bets is noise, and the same return over three hundred bets is a signal.

Why every analyst has a specialty

Nobody holds an edge across every league and every market at once. Pricing errors survive in corners of the market the bookmakers model least carefully: corner totals in mid-table Serie A, booking points under a strict referee, Asian handicap lines in the Eredivisie where home advantage is consistently underrated. Our analysts are therefore assigned narrow remits and judged inside them. When you follow one, you are following a defined approach to a defined slice of European football, not a general opinion about who will win on Saturday.

How to use the leaderboard sensibly

Start with sample size and work down. Ignore anyone with fewer than fifty settled picks, however attractive the percentage looks. Then read the reasoning attached to each selection rather than the selection itself: if the argument holds up but the recommended odds have already shortened, the bet is no longer the bet that was published, and skipping it is the correct decision. Finally, keep your stake flat. Copying a strong analyst while doubling up after a losing run is the quickest way to turn a profitable month into a negative one.

The honest part

Even the best analyst on this board will go through losing weeks — that is how variance behaves when your edge is a few percent per bet. A realistic long-term ROI in football betting sits in the low single digits, and anyone promising thirty percent a month is selling something other than analysis. We publish the drawdowns as well as the peaks so you can judge the swings before you risk anything. Bet only what you can afford to lose, set a monthly limit before the season starts, and treat every selection here as research rather than advice.
