Who we are
EuroPicks ("we", "us") is the operator of this website. This page is maintained by EuroPicks to answer common privacy questions. Contact: privacy@europicks.example.
What we collect
Account data (email, hashed password, OAuth provider ID), billing data (handled by Stripe; we store customer ID and subscription status only), newsletter email if you subscribe, and analytics (page views, device type, coarse geolocation) where you have accepted optional cookies.
Why we process it
To provide the service, authenticate you, fulfil paid subscriptions/one-off purchases, send transactional and newsletter emails you requested, prevent fraud, and improve the product. Lawful bases: contract, consent (newsletter and optional cookies), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service analytics).
Who we share it with
Processors only: our hosting/database provider, Stripe (payments), our email sending provider, and analytics/ ad providers where you have consented. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some processors are based outside the EEA. Where applicable we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal and accounting purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email privacy@europicks.example and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
